Schroedl's
is the only fabric restorer in Baltimore that was in business before the
Great Fire of 1904. In the 100 years since the disaster Schroedl has helped
countless businesses and families restore their belongings to pre-loss
condition.
What we will do to your items: After itemization, your articles will be taken to our warehouse where once again they will be examined, classified, tagged, and the deodorization process will begin. The next step will be processing in our cleaning facility. Here the dry-cleaning, wet cleaning, bleaching, and brightening processes are performed. After processing and re-inspection, the deodorizing is completed and the items go to finishing where pressing, resizing and steaming are performed. A final inspection sends the items to packaging and our completed holding area. Your items will be returned to you in pre loss condition. That is to say as they were prior to your loss. Every attempt will be made to remove stains and such that were in the items prior to the loss but we cannot, of course, guarantee their removal, however, any condition caused by your loss which cannot be rectified will not be charged for. When can you expect your items back: We ask for seven to ten days to assure the proper time for complete ozone-deodorizing, cleaning, and finishing processes. However, we are fully capable of returning items referred top as "SPECIALS" in a faster amount of time. Please indicate which items may need to be returned more quickly. If we are providing storage, please call our main plant to arrange a delivery date when you are ready. Thank you for the opportunity to demonstrate the quality of our services to you and we are pleased to be able to help recover your items and home in any way possible.
